More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling various areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
